Lake Forest Corporate Education and Hollister Incorporated Receive 2009 ASTD Excellence in Practice Citation
The selection of Hollister Incorporated's Building Your Management Skills training program for a 2009 ASTD Excellence in Practice Citation is LFCE's ninth national recognition of excellence received in collaboration with a client in the area of training and development.
Lake Forest Corporate Education is pleased to announce that the Hollister Incorporated Building Your Management Skills training program has been
awarded an ASTD Excellence in Practice Citation for 2009.
The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) issues citations annually to highlight programs and practices that show significant promise to deliver substantial workplace performance improvements, as determined by an independent panel of ASTD members.
LFCE and Hollister worked in close collaboration to design and deliver Building Your
Management Skills, a 9-day certificate program that enhances the management skills and abilities of Hollister’s front line managers worldwide.
To date, nearly 3% of Hollister's associates have attended the program. “We are proud to be recognized by ASTD for our success,” said Suzanne Erickson, Director, Global Training and Development at Hollister Incorporated. “The
