LFCE is a Strategic Business Unit of Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

At LFCE and at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, we pride ourselves on our high-performance, yet employee-centric culture. As a graduate school of business, we run ourselves as a business, including governance by a Board of Directors and strong day-to-day management by our Management Board.

As an independent graduate school of business, we are solely focused on creating more effective business leaders through MBA business education and corporate business education. As a not-for-profit enterprise, we put the educational interests of our students, alumni, constituents, and Lake Forest Corporate Education clients first.

We combine our strict adherence to business best practices with ongoing goals for growth and continuous improvement, while never wavering from the customer intimacy model that sets us apart from other business schools in the Chicago area.

We offer excellent employee benefits and adhere to the FISH! Philosophy each day. We operate with respect, professionalism, and hard work, and for two years running we've been named to the Companies that Care Honor Roll.

Occasionally we have open positions. Listed below are the opportunities that are currently available. Click on the job title for a description of the position and contact information.
